Established in 1967 by Mr. Mahendra Mehta, Ratna Nidhi Charitable Trust is a non-profit organization set up in order to tackle the problems of poverty in Mumbai, especially amongst young children through relevant support services such as education, clothes, books, food and using innovative technology solutions in the area of disability. Ratna Nidhi has earlier worked in the regions of Leh, Kargil, Srinagar, and Dharamsala, in the border areas of Rajouri and Poonch, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and developing nations abroad. They have also set up a permanent Mobility center to aid the disabled in Mumbai. Till date they have distributed over 2, 47,787 mobility equipment to our beneficiaries.
